We recently completed a remote renovation for Ashley, who lives in New Zealand but had us renovate her property in Upper Mount Gravatt. Here are her thoughts.

Hello Ashley. Where do you live?
I live in Auckland, New Zealand.

How did you find the experience of renovating a house in Australia when you live in New Zealand?
It was frightening until I started dealing with your company. So professional.

What are your thoughts on the works that have been completed?
They are better than what I expected. I have renovated four houses previously in New Zealand, I have dealt with a lot of tradies. The work is magnificent. It is better than what I expected and there are no hiccups and it has been done to time, which, when you are renting a property, if it is not done to time it is costing money.

Would you renovate with us again?
Yes, and I plan to renovate more when we have more money from the tenancy in 12 months. No job has been too small for Sean to undertake.

Would you refer us to your friends?
Yes, and the biggest reason I would, is the scope of works. Everything has been real crystal clear. When you have done a quote, what is going to be done, when it is going to be done and what the goods are so that I know what I am going to end up with.

If there is one thing that you have really liked about your experience, could you list it?
The quality of workmanship. The finishing is just outstanding.
